Methods of research: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, comparison and synthesis, structural analysis, functional analysis, structural-functional analysis, historical method, synergy analysis and systemic modelling, study of printed and electronic information resources, the survey, observation, description. Research results: New and integrated models of direct preparation for the main competitions (the Olympic Games), based on construction of multi-level structures of various elements of knowledge, which make up the structure and content of modern direct preparation of athletes to the Olympic sport, is developed.
