The purpose of the stage of the research: Defining a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that provide civic-patriotic education for children and young people of Ukraine by means of Olympic education. Object of the study: Olympic education in the educational process of educational institutions of Ukraine. Subject of the research: Formation of civil-patriotic value orientations of students through the Olympic education. Research methods: comparisons and matching, pedagogical experiment, sociological methods, methods of mathematical statistics.
