The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the safe conduct of work while reducing the isolated space, restoring the normal ventilation mode and creating safe working conditions in the mine workings of block 7 of the «POKROVSKE» Mine Management Private Joint-Stock Company. Research methods – generalization and analysis of the results, methods mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, measures were taken to liquidate the accident in the excavations of the excavation section 2 of the southern lava of block 7 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». “Recommendations on reducing the volume of isolated space of the emergency section 2 of the southern lava of block 7 of formation d4 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» have been developed. Agreed degassing of isolated workings with the help of VMP and reduction of the volume of isolated space. It is recommended to carry out degassing in two stages in a certain sequence, provided that the developed recommendations are followed. Development Implementation Results – the application of the developed recommendations made it possible to ensure gas safety during mining operations, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
