In particular, the project participants took part in 22 International Conferences in Ukraine and abroad, published seven articles in the professional journals of Ukraine, translated from the foreign language (English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese) into Ukrainian the anthology «The Spatial Shift in the Humanities of the 21st century ”(the publication is scheduled for February 2020), organized (in collaboration with the Fulbright Circle) two workshops on the topic “The Future Generation of Tolerance” for students of the displaced University of DONNU named after Vasyl Stus ( Vinnytsia); conducted (prof. Shymchyshyn M.M., prof. Marynenko Y.V., prof. Meizerska T.S.) a methodological symposium "Geocriticism in the 21st Century", there were defended under the scientific advice of prof. Meizerska T.S. one doctoral dissertation (Pukhonska O.Y. ) and under the scientific guidance of prof. Vysotska N.O. – one candidate's dissertation (VV Rakhnansky). In addition, the project executors analyzed, elaborated and scientifically conceived major works in geocritics and spatial studies in the humanities selected the main body of literary texts, the dominant themes of which focused on displacement, migration, and exile. There has been accomplished the preparation for the International Scientific Conference "Narratives of Displacement and Geography of Identities in Literary Discourse" (to be held in March 2020).
