According to the results of the research, scientific and technical products have been obtained, which can also be defined as elements of scientific novelty: Concept of institutional support, directions of improvement of economic mechanism, means of increasing the efficiency of educational services, development of normative legal support of PPP, directions of PPP development. This research product (RP) has better characteristics than the existing ones in Ukraine. The implementation of the resulting RP will be carried out in the management decisions aimed at quality innovative development in the system of MES and enterprises, institutions and organizations whose activities are related to innovation.
