The expansion of assortment and improvement of quality of beddings require the use of new technological advances both in the manufacturing process of products and in preparation for production. For the first time, a matrix diagram of quality planning has been developed - a methodology for ensuring the value of a product that a consumer expects at a minimum cost, based on methods and tools focused on studying consumer requirements and turning them into specific product characteristics. A new scientific classification of bedding products with volumetric fillers in the form of a hierarchical system of a subset is proposed, taking into account the properties and regular relationships between them, observing the scientific principles and rules of systematics.
