It is the adequate morphofunctional state of the endometrium that is one of the main factors that ensure the successful implantation of a fertilized egg and the development of the embryo. Object of the study - 345 patients of fertile age from 20 years to 45 years. 1st group - 155 patients with endometrial functional impairment and gynecological pathology, 2nd group - 150 patients with combined somatic pathology, 3rd (control) group - 40 healthy women of the same age. The purpose of the work was to create a system for the diagnosis, prevention and correction of disorders of the functional state of the endometrium in women of reproductive age on the basis of established relationships between the condition of the endometrium and the type of somatic and gynecological pathology.
