Grishka NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 Our studies have shown that the adaptive potential of plants under compatible growth conditions in phytocenosis shifted from the biochemical level towards the physiological, structural and functional. The methodology of the evaluation of dynamic Carbon reservoirs in phytocenoses depends on the microbiological and allelopathy activity of the soil, its agrophysical and agrochemical characteristics, and the features of photosynthetic metabolism of plants. The analysis of the mesostructural rearrangement of leaves, in particular, the quantitative distribution of chloroplasts in the cell and the content of Сhlorophyll b in the leaves, serves as rapid markers of the adaptation of the photosynthetic apparatus of plants to climate change and makes it possible to determine the photosynthetic run off of Carbon. The analysis of the features of the microbocenosis formation at a certain ratio of carbon and nitrogen showed the greatest consistency with soil pH and volume of plant residues and the intensity of their transformation. A positive correlation between the CO2 emission and the C/N ratio was obtained. Іt was found that increasing the mobile forms of iron and manganese content contributes to the reduction of CO2 and CH4. This approach allows to estimate the Carbon pools and flows in time and space of the structural and functional organization of biogeocenoses formed at different hierarchical levels and provides for the creation of an orderly knowledge base based on management theory and systemology. The results of the biogeocenoses studies of the experimental site within a temporal, spatial and functional organization, based on a detailed analysis of the features of the development of information-resource relations between all its components, will contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the assessment of Carbon pools and flows in terrestrial ecosystems in accordance with the UN Program developments that integrate terrestrial and space observations.
