M.M. Grishka NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 CO2 pools and fluxes were analyzed in model experiments on botanical and geographical sections of the Forests of the Plain Ukraine, Steppes of Ukraine, and Beechwood on the territory of the NBG, from the standpoint of nonlinear thermodynamics as a dissipative structure on the basis of І. Prigogina. The standards were the natural biogeocenosis of the Ascania-Nova Biosphere Steppe Reserve and the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve. The obtained results of terrestrial point measurements and satellite data are consistent with the information on determining the distribution of organic matter content, including high and low molecular weight compounds, biogenic elements; the number and taxonomic composition of microorganisms involved in the transformation of plant residues and nitrogen cycling; allelopathic activity and soil agrophysical parameters; CO2 emissions from the soil surface of different ecoids. Indicators of NDVI (vegetation index) correlated with the quantitative data of chlorophyll b in the leaves and the number of chloroplasts in the cells. An analysis of the dynamics of the drought index and the water index revealed the presence of a stressful situation for the plant groups of the studied exposures. It is proved that the amount of melanin-containing micromycetes in the soil serves as a diagnostic feature in the assessment of pools and CO2 flows. A comparative analysis of the activity of laccase upon exposure to the soil revealed significant differences that are completely consistent with CO2 and confirm our assumptions about its participation in the polymerization of soluble phenols and the formation of stable humic fractions leading to binding. The conceptual model is proposed as a biotechnological analogue of control systems under conditions of climate change and anthropogenic load.
