Using the laser diffraction method, particle size distributions of mineral additives of different material composition were established, which allows to obtain a dense microstructurally-designed composite system. To accelerate the hydration activity of alkaline-active polymineral composite systems, the effect of alkaline and sulfate activators and organic modifiers on the synthesis of early and standard strengths by the method of mathematical orthogonal central-compositional planning of the experiment was investigated. It is shown that the combination of organic modifier and alkaline activator allows to partially compensate slow hydration rate in polymineral low-clinker systems (clinker factor - 0.50) containing high content of supplementary cementitious materials. Based on the results of the performed research, a batch of alkaline-activated composite Portland cement with high early strength was produced at JSC Ivano-Frankivsk Cement.
