It was found that under the chosen conditions of synthesis, decrease (0.75%) or increase (3%) of the concentration of the dopant, the change of the dopant concentration leads to the formation of other phases, and only the motifs of the crystal structure (anatase) were observed with the decrease of the concentration in X-ray spectra) in contrast to the “optimal specimen” which is characterized by the presence of reflexes corresponding to reflections from the planes (101), (004), (200), (204), the anatase phase. Thus, the dopant concentration can be a determining factor in the crystallinity of the resulting structures. A new method of forming gold nanoparticles on the surface of working and carbon and planar gold electrodes by in situ method has been developed. Physical, chemical and structural characterization of the obtained nanomaterials was carried out using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray spectral analysis and atomic force microscopy. On the basis of purified flavocytochrome b2 preparations and gold nanoparticles, a laboratory prototype of the third generation electrochemical enzyme biosensor was constructed to quantify the content of L-lactate. It is proved that the use of a gold nanoscale compared to the variant without the use of Au-NPs provides a significant increase in the sensitivity of the mediatorless biosensor (by more than an order of magnitude) and improves the affinity for L-lactate (by 1.2 times).
