Theoretical and practical results: it was developed the experiment protocols of ex vivo expansion and cryopreservation of bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells and worked out a scheme of their therapeutic introduction in acute radiation skin injuries in rats. The therapeutic effect of local introduction the allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells at 14 and 21 days after x-ray irradiation of rats skin at a dose of 50 Gy was established. The effect was determined by 1.3 times statistically significant decrease the severity of clinical and local inflammatory reactions in the irradiated area, accelerated healing and a 1.9 times reduction the injuries skin area at 45 day after irradiation. Novelty: the new results is received an in vivo radiobiological experiment at an estimation of the therapeutic efficacy of locally introduced allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells in acute radiation skin lesions in animals (rats).
