The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the application of anti-corruption legislation in terms of receiving gifts. The methodological basis of the scientific research was a complex of different scientific methods: formal-logical and semantic analysis, structural-functional, comparative-legal and analytical review, analysis and synthesis. The Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, other legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine and foreign countries, court decisions, scientific and reference literature were used for the direct collection and processing of the necessary information. The results of the study are aimed at addressing the issue of restrictions on the receipt of gifts (for police officers, prosecutors, civil servants and officials and officials of the National Police of Ukraine and bodies of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine). The results of the study will be implemented in the practical activity of police officers, prosecutors, civil servants and officials and officials of the National Police of Ukraine and bodies of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, other persons authorized to perform the functions of state or local self-government, scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff, adjuncts, graduate students , students of higher education institutions interested in preventing and combating corruption in Ukraine.
