The subject is the ways of actualizing the universal and cultural meaning of the Ukrainian literary process in the context of the world-wide at the levels of poetics and content. The purpose of the work is a multidimensional analysis of thematic, problematic, genre-compositional, stylistic and other peculiarities of samples of Ukrainian and foreign literature of XX-XXI centuries. Research methods: comparative, hermeneutic, intermedial analysis, historical-typological, cultural-historical, structural-semantic, theoretical-critical, conceptual, transdisciplinary, etc. Theoretical and practical results, their novelty: 1) there has been developed a methodology for contextual analysis of a literary work (in view of the current scientific para-digma); 2) there is given a deep understanding of the development of the world's leading literary processes in the domestic art of words; human and national interaction; 3) an agreement on cooperation with the Francisk Skorina Gomel State University (Republic of Belarus) has been concluded; 4) 3 All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences with international participation were held (4 October 2018, 25 March 2019 and 4 October 2019, Melitopol); 5) theoretical and practical results of the researches are presented in the proceedings of the conferences «Ukrainian Literature in the Pan-European Context» (Issues 1-3) and professional scientific articles, as well as in the collective monograph of the same name («Ukrainian Literature in the Pan-European Context: monograph. Melitopol: FOP Odnorog T.V., 2020. 144 p.). Recommendations on the practical use of the results of the work: for the preparation of specialists-philologists of educational degrees «bachelor» and «master».
