It consists of conducting magnetic resonance and multispiral computed tomography with X-ray contrast; transfering two-dimensional images to a single coordinate system; converting DICOM files to STL format; printing solid three-dimensional model, including printing of tumor boundaries along the maximum integral perimeter at the superposition of its diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance image and velocity-weighted by volumetric blood flow CT-image, while tumors are made of optically opaque polylactide and peritumoral tissues – of optically transparent polylactide. The application for patent of Ukraine for the invention has been filed. Operation planning, manual skills training, stable support of confident level of surgical skill realization upon application the developed personalized 3D model diminish the operation length to 2.0-2.5 hours (in control – 3.0-3.5 hours) and anesthesia duration; reduce tissue traumatization (surgical incision length up to 13.4 ± 1.3 cm, control – 18.5 ± 1.9 cm) and blood loss (up to 0.3-0.4 l, control – 1.0-1.3 l) and provides complete restoration of limb functions in 4-5 weeks (in control – 8-9 weeks).
