The object of the study is the combined processes of roll casting-crystallization and rolling of solid and hollow billets. As a result of the tasks, the analysis and systematization of combined and combined processes and equipment were carried out, with subsequent modeling and development of technological equipment and units of the roll mold for realization of the technology of combined processes, as well as development of design documentation for the manufacture of the roll mold of an experimental continuous roller roller and solid billets of round or multifaceted shape. In addition, the basic design characteristics of the equipment and the optimal combinations of their elements, which allow for roll casting-rolling with large degrees of plastic deformation. Theoretical complex researches have allowed to develop an experimental installation of roll casting-rolling for making solid and hollow blanks, to establish regularities of contact interaction of tool and metal and to apply new approaches to the design of rolls-crystallizers in the conditions of roll casting-rolling.
