It has been characterized the survival and the indices of the cells immobilized in gel, which can be expanded in culture as established cell lines. It is shown that cellular xenotransplantants of various origin (skin, peripheral blood, embryonal germ cells) are effective as thermal coverings at treatment of thermal burns of IIIb degree on two animal models (linear rats and mice). It is created biodesigns in which instead of a cellular component we used the acellular medium, conditioned by the cells. Use of cell cultures as producers of a complex of biologically active agents stimulating healing of burn wounds has certain advantages before cell transplantations due to decrease in prime cost of drug, simplification of store technology, use, standardization and safety control, an exception of the risks connected with transplantation of cells.
