Comparative studies have found that in nanocomposites with non-oxidized BWNTs the density of packing of agglomerates of metal particles is higher, in composites with oxidized BWNT particles are located on the surface of BWNT more uniform and differ in shape, closer to spherical. The real and imaginary components of complex dielectric and magnetic permeabilities of dispersed NC samples are determined. Low-frequency electrical conductivity is higher for non-oxidized BWNT composites. Composites with oxidized BWNTs have higher dielectric and magnetic characteristics on microwave as well as magnetic losses. It has been shown that for a composite containing oxidized CNTs, the process of degradation of the composites when heated is more intense, which indicates a smaller particle size of the metals.
