Monoraphidium minutum strain 574, Monoraphidium sp. st. 377, and Raphidoceles subcapitata were selected as most productive algae strains as compared to well known biomass producer Chlorella vulgaris Beijer. It was confirmed that fatty acid composition of their oils is suitable for production of high quality biodisel. It was revealed that 28-homobrassinolide positively influenced on fatty acid composition of seed oils of several camelina varieties grown under salinity and led to increase in plants productivity.
