The water was irradiated by α-particles with energies in the range 0.05 - 0.25 keV (temperature and pressure higher than 374°C and 22.1MPa). During the computer experiments, the radiation influence on the water structure (radial distribution functions), on the velocity distribution functions of particle and on the thermodynamic parameters of the system, for example, on the self-diffusion coefficients of water molecules, were investigated. In the end of this milestone we can make a number of results and conclusions: 1. The structural changes, thermodynamic and physical characteristics of the water system under the irradiation and under supercritical external conditions were investigated by the molecular dynamics methods. 2. Changes of radial distribution functions in supercritical water under irradiation. 3. The analysis of the dependence of the effective temperatures of supercritical water in steady-state nonequilibrium state from radiation energy. 4. The possibility of determining the structure-dependent parameters of supercritical water under irradiation by effective temperatures was investigated. 5. The obtained results indicate that when studying the behavior of water in supercritical state under the irradiation is necessary to take into account structural changes that cause changes in thermodynamic parameters systems. The obtained results can be useful for both the possibility of extending the life of the VVER-1000 and VVER-440 nuclear reactors, as well as the design and construction of new, promising fourth generation reactors, namely to improve the concept of 4th generation supercritical water reactors (SCWR, Supercritical-water-cooled reactor), in which the efficiency is higher than the existing by 10% - 15%.
