Purpose: to determine the presence of a low-toxic chemical compound with thyroid-stimulating activity from a number of dihydrotriazolopyrimidines (code YaV-99) and stem cells with a pluripotent action directed to the main pathogenic links of hypothyroidism and related disorders. Methods: pharmacological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent, biochemical, chemical, physico-chemical, biological, statistical, instrumental.In rats with experimental hypothyroidism, the effect of the chemical compound YaV-99 and stem cells on the functional status of thyroid gland and associated metabolic disorders in cardiovascular, immune, and other systems of homeostasis regulation were studied. In experimental animals, thyroid hormone levels, biochemical and immune parameters were determined, and ECG was performed. The chemical compound YaV-99, stem cells and levothyroxine increased the levels of thyroid hormones in the blood of rats with hypothyroidism and significantly contributed to the normalization of the investigated parameters. The results obtained indicate a direct and indirect positive effect of the tested modulators of thyroid function of BAS JAV-99 and stem cells on the cardiovascular system at the level of improvement of many metabolic parameters.
