For purification of filtrates on municipal pollution control facilities in dynamic regime a stability of purification indicators in time was confirmed. Systematically static consistent increase of the active sludge`s concentrations of none from heavy metals in the process of infiltrate`s mixture and municipal effluents` purification was observed. Elementary analysis of the processed active sludge after its biodegradation approved an opportunity to be used as fertilizer for damaged lands` recultivation. As a result from generalization of given studies a general strategy for two-stage landfills` infiltrates purification was proposed.
