The abundances of heavy elements for large sample (near 100,000) galaxies selected from Sloan survey are derived. Distribution maps of the surface brightness, radial velocities, metallicity were constructed, and profiles of surface brightness, rotation curves and radial metallicity gradients were determined in disks of 150 galaxies with review of MANGA. Dependences between chemical composition and global characteristics galaxies (mass, rotation speed, radius) of galaxies were found. The arguments are given for that the star formation process in compact galaxies with star formation occurs in bursts. It is discovered that the compact galaxies are hopeful candidates for the source of secondary ionization of the Universe. It is found that the galaxies with Wolf-Rayet emission lines in the integral spectrum havethe higher abundance of nitrogen. It was found that irregular galaxies with a steep surface brightness profile in the central part of a galaxy have a fairly steep metallicity gradient; this disproves the widespread opinion a radial metallicity gradient in irregular galaxies is absent. In the framework of the merger scenario a chemical evolution of several dwarf spheroidal galaxies of the Local Group and massive galaxies of early types was modelled. An analytical model of the formation and evolution of stellar clusters has been constructed.
