This makes it necessary to study methods and approaches that would contribute to the practical implementation of automatic control systems for the transitional regimes of the Unified Energy System of Ukraine. In the work the method of synthesis of optimal regulators of multidimensional, nonlinear systems is developed, which are capable to solve in real time the problems of systemwide control of transient modes of UES, taking into account the limitations on the resources of regulation means and allowable limits of deviation of regime parameters by forecasting the vectors of future states of nonlinear system with the following quadratic optimization with the given limitations. The method of dynamic state estimation is received on the basis of the received dynamic models for operative estimation of workload of the main sections of the Unified Energy System of Ukraine according to the criterion of static stability, estimation of borders of dynamic and oscillating stability, monitoring of the state of the main generating equipment and electric power system as a whole. Methods of analysis of causes and conditions of weak-frequency low-frequency oscillations of regime parameters based on the data of the Wide Area Monitoring System (WAMS) were further developed. Methods of operative estimation of low-frequency oscillations (LFO) characteristics on the basis of selective spectral decomposition of the most observed modes of oscillations and methods of determination of optimal places of installation and adjustment of damping means of LFO in the Unified Energy System of Ukraine by means of using adaptive laws of regulation were specif Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
