Object of study - physical and mathematical models of the interaction of microwave electromagnetic radiation of nanosecond duration with electronic objects (electronic component base). The purpose of this research is to further develop the theory of the interaction of an ultrashort electromagnetic field of nanosecond duration with electronic objects to obtain new knowledge and their application in the field of radar technologies and means of electromagnetic effects on electronic systems for various purposes. The practical (experimental) part of the work consists in the development of technical means (tools) and metrological support for creating measuring and testing laboratory units for resonant microwave compression with an adjustable pulse duration in the range from units (tens) microseconds to units (tens) nanoseconds (generator microwave modules) based on magnetrons with two energy outputs operating in the X, KU and millimeter ranges, and resonant microwave pulse compressors. Research methods - mathematical modeling of the process of electromagnetic radiation propagation in a periodically inhomogeneous medium, experimental study of the influence of a powerful electromagnetic field on semiconductor devices and their functional elements (crystals), processing of results and their analysis.
