Objective of the scientific research: to determine sexual and age-related regularities and peculiarities of gross and microscopic anatomy, dynamics of development of topographic-anatomical interrelations of the organs and structures in human ontogenesis. The main tasks and issues to be solved in order to succeed: to study sexual and age-related regularities of the organs and structures in human ontogenesis; to clarify the dynamics of development of the topographic-anatomical interrelations of certain organs and systems at different stages of human ontogenesis; to establish peculiarities of shaping and blood supply of certain organs and systems in human ontogenesis; to find variants of structure and topography of certain organs and systems during prenatal and postnatal periods of human ontogenesis. Object of investigation: regularities of perinatal anatomy and embryotopography, sexual and age-related peculiarities of the structure and topographic-anatomical interrelations of the organs and systems in human ontogenesis. Methods of investigation: macro- and microscopic examination, reconstruction method, methods of plastic and graphic reconstruction, injection method followed by radiography, corrosion, ultrasound examination, lectin-histochemical method, 3D-reconstruction method. Final points of investigation: the conducted research enabled to determine the time of rudiments, peculiarities of structural development of the rectum, maxilla, the major vascular-nervous bundle of the neck, parotid-masticatory area.
