Aim - research of electrochemical processes, that run in low concentrated solutions sodium hypochlorite, for use of Ti-TiOx-Pt system. Research methods - cyclic and stationary voltamperometry, spectrophotometry, potentiometry. The complex of the modes of electrodeposition and amount of platinum given in relation to influence is got on the surface of titan and titanium oxide nanotubes, and also temperature and term of heat treatment on physical and chemical properties of materials of the system Ti - TiOx - Pt. Anodic materials of the system Ti are worked out - TiOx and Ti - TiOx - Pt with the set electro-catalytic activity. It is set that electrodes with superficial content of platinum at the level of 2 mg/см2 can be used in the without a diaphragm electrolyzers of running and story type for the electrolysis of low concentrated solutions of NaCl with the aim of receipt of high-clean solutions of NaClO. An electrolysis here must be conducted in the mode of revers current, the period of that is determined in accordance with preset (closeness of current, concentration of NaCl, hydrodynamic terms) parameter. New experimental data are got in relation to electrochemical processes that run across on anodic materials of the system Ti - TiOx - Pt in low concentrated solutions of NaCl. Influence of composition, geometry of surface is shown to the anode and closeness of current on going beyond a current and selectivity of process of synthesis of NaOCl. Area of application: C 20.13 - production of other main inorganic chemicals; М 72.19 – research and experimental development in the field of humanitarian and technical sciences.
