The purpose of the work is to investigate the physicochemical properties of complex compounds Re(I) with luminescent activity, to create nanosystems of direct delivery based on them, and to prove the efficiency of the obtained nanosystems as visualizing agents. Research Methods - Experimental studies using elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, electron and infrared (IR) atomic absorption spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, fluorescence microscopy, erythrocyte permeability analysis. The spectral luminescence characteristics of rhenium(I) compounds are investigated, which give the basis for their use as imaging agents. Direct delivery delivery nanosystems loaded with Rhenium(I) complex compounds with luminescent activity were obtained. The efficacy of the nanosystems loaded with ReI(CO)3LBr as imaging agents was demonstrated by experiments with human and mouse erythrocytes. Recommendations for the creation of targeted action nanosystems loaded with complex junctions of transition elements with luminescent activity have been developed. One application has been submitted for the issuance of a security document of Ukraine for an intellectual property object.
