Subject of study: physicochemical properties, pharmacological activity, toxicity of C60 fullerene-based nanocomplex and 1- (4-chlorobenzyl) -3-chloro-4- (trifluoromethyl-phenylamino) -1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione nanocomplex ( MI-1). Purpose - development, synthesis and characterization of complex nanostructure based on C60 fullerene and MI-1, its establishment antiproliferative activity and general toxicity. Research methods: chemical synthesis, spectroscopic, NMR, elemental and spectral analysis, atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering, scanning tunneling microscopy, homologous modeling, molecular docking, quantum-chemical method of molecular orbitals, histological, histological, histological, statistical . Based on the analysis of potential biological efficiency (antiproliferative activity, non-toxicity, ability to interact with growth factor receptors) and economic feasibility, the most promising compound based on C60 fullerene and pyrrole derivative 3 - {[4-chloro-1- (4-chlorobenzyl) -2 , 5-dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-3-yl] amino} phenyl [6,6] -phenyl-C61-butanoate (C60-MI-3OH), which has been synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical methods. The ability of C60-MI-3OH to inhibit the growth of neoplastic cell lines to predict its in vivo toxicity and potential biological activity was analyzed.  Product Description popup.authors Bielinska Iryna V.
