A model of a single multialgorithmic environment for solving problems of constructing and recognizing geometric objects with different properties is developed. The concept of the Voronoi diagram for a set of points, segments, circles and parametrically given curves on a plane is defined. The main properties of Voronoi diagrams are given, the types of bisectors between arbitrary Voronoi diagram generators are analyzed.
