The purpose of the work is to develop environmentally friendly technologies for the production of composite materials based on nanocellulose, microcrystalline and oxycellulose from domestic nonwood raw materials. The fractional and chemical composition of stems and fibers of non-wood raw materials (NRS) was established. The influence of the basic technological parameters of organosolvent delignification of NRS on the quality of cellulose is investigated. It has been found that the addition of a catalyst reduces the lignin content of the cellulose. Comparative effectiveness of different methods of producing cellulose. Different schemes of microcrystalline cellulose from flax and hemp fibers and the dependence of its quality indices on technological factors have been investigated. The optimum values of the technological parameters of the flax cellulose oxidation process have been determined. The dependence of the nanocellulose (NC) quality indices on the sulfuric acid concentration, temperature, duration of the hydrolysis process and ultrasonic treatment were determined. It is recommended to obtain NC by acid hydrolysis of cellulose from NRS at a sulfuric acid concentration of 43%, temperature of 60 ° C, duration of hydrolysis and ultrasonic treatment of 60 minutes. The characteristics of NCs with NRS were investigated using the SEM, FTIR, TEM, AFM, XRD, TGA methods. The process of obtaining nanocomposites based on NCs and the influence of nanocellulose content on the performance of composite materials: paper, cardboard, cement, epoxy resin were investigated. Regulatory and technical documentation for the production of organic solvent and microcrystalline cellulose, oxycellulose and nanocellulose and composite materials based on them has been developed.
