Purpose of the project: The purpose of the project is to develop the latest modulators of the gamma-aminobutyric acid receptors (hereinafter - GABA) of the central nervous system in order to create prototypes of anti-epileptic drugs. Chemical optimization of active compounds, synthetic modulators of GABA receptors of the central nervous system, was performed. The synthesized compounds were characterized by the methods of chromatomospectrometry and NMR spectroscopy, partially elemental analysis, and determined that their purity was at the level of 98%. In total, 70 chemical compounds were synthesized and resynthesized, which were handed over to the customer for further biological testing. Laboratory regulations for obtaining and acts on the manufacture of test batches of candidate compounds for medicinal products have been drawn up.
