The aim of the work is to develop a method of reproduction of Cannabis sativa L. and Linum usitatissimum L. from seeds with low germination and viability in vitro. Research methods - general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, comparison, classification, ranking); laboratory - determination of seed germination, morpho-metric analysis; biotechnological. To obtain and retain valuable genotypes of hemp and flax seeds from seeds with low germination and viability, breeding methods have been developed in vitro. The conditions of seed sterilization, composition of the nutrient medium, including exogenous growth regulators, cultivation conditions that increase seed germination, were revealed. The features of microclonal reproduction of both species are investigated. It was found that adding 0.4 mg / l of gibberic acid and 4.0 mg / l of succinic acid to Murasige and Skuga medium increases the germination of hemp seeds by 7.5-24.0%, and adding 0.2 mg / l of kinetin, 0.2 mg / l gibberic acid and 4.0 mg / l succinic acid increases the germination capacity of flax seeds by 10.0-25.0%  Product Description popup.authors Kyrychenko Hanna I.
