The peculiarities of formation, stability of the state and dominant sizes of nanoparticles in hydrogels of different polymers are established: polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohols, polyvinylpyrrolidone, pectin, sodium alginate. The possibility of manufacturing nanostructured metal-water-polymer composite in three aggregate states is shown: liquid, cream-gel, elastomer by variation of the stoichiometry of components and conditions of electron irradiation. The technology of manufacturing silver-water-polyvinyl composite with silver nanoparticles of 10-40 nm size has been developed on the basis of the revealed physical laws. Its bactericidal activity against the 7 most common types of bacterial and fungal infection is shown. Manufacturing technology based on such nanocomposite of medical products for disinfection and treatment of burns and wounds has been developed. Developed and registered Specifications for the production of the HYDROBINT medical product in two modifications (bactericidal aerosol spray fluid and antiseptic wound dressings); successfully completed his preclinical and clinical trials; the program of quality management at its production is developed; certification of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of Ukraine and international standards; HYDROBINT is submitted for registration in the State Register of Medical Devices of Ukraine.
