Subject of study: synthesis and fluorescence properties of probes for detection of adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP). Purpose: synthesis of new fluorescent probes with high affinity for ATP, study of their interaction with ATP depending on the pH of the medium and the concentration of the reaction components. Research methods: quantum chemical modeling, chromatographic mass spectrometry, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy, spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, potentiometry, computational methods for determining the composition of complex compounds. Molecular tweezers based on 3-hydroxychromone-based molecular tweezers were synthesized and purified using a column variant of high-performance liquid chromatography. The structure of the compound was confirmed by NMR spectroscopy and chromatomy spectrometry. In the 1H-NMR spectrum of the compound, there is a double signal intensity of aromatic and aliphatic flavonol protons compared to that of the corresponding spacer protons, confirming the presence of two flavonol residues in the molecule.
