The proposed original design solutions have greatly increased the reliability and durability of cavitation processing equipment. The necessary methods of calculation of cavitation equipment are presented. The results of analytical and experimental study of the proposed ultrasonic cavitation equipment are presented. Its high efficiency is confirmed. A stand has been developed to investigate the effect of operating parameters on the characteristics of a tapered bearing. The effect on the torque of the cone rotation in the conical gap, the magnitude of the taper angle and the viscosity of the fluid were experimentally determined. The mathematical analysis of the movement of lubricant between cylindrical and conical surfaces is presented. An engineering technique for calculating torque depending on the viscosity and speed is proposed. Techniques for efficient solution of synthesis problems and creation of efficient systems are offered. An approach to the creation of mechatronic systems with the combination of electromechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and freely programmable controllers, built in a cyclic-modular approach, ie in the form of modular systems with open architecture, including flexible and reflexive algorithms, is developed.
