The purpose of the work is the development of new scientifically grounded methods for obtaining and manufacturing of high-speed shock-resistant layered nanocomposite systems based on ceramics, metals and polymers, with advanced characteristics that are not inferior to world analogues. Research methods - X-ray structural analysis, optical and electron microscopy, determination of physical and mechanical characteristics. As a result of the work, the methods of manufacturing nanocomposite polymer-carbon materials with the predicted structure and physical-mechanical characteristics are developed, which provide an effective counteraction to high-speed shock loading. Methods of obtaining multilayer nanocomposite materials capable of efficiently dissipating energy under the action of high-speed shock loading have been developed. The technique of reaction synthesis of heteromodular ceramic nanocomposites has been developed. Hot reaction molding produced heteromodular plates of the B4C-TiV2-SiC-C system with a size of 80x80x10mm with a content of submicron graphite plates of 5 vol.% And 10 vol.%. The obtained plates were used as a ceramic layer of experimental samples of the developed composite ceramic-polymer armored packages.
