The methods of the theoretical solution are the finite element method, the energy method of the upper estimation, the tensometry method, and for the experimental studies the method of dividing grids. The purpose of this work is to increase the efficiency and to increase the possibilities of technologies for manufacturing hollow parts and billets of responsible purpose from structural materials by the use of new schemes of exact three-dimensional stamping by extrusion. On the basis of the carried out literary analysis systematization of methods of stamping of hollow articles of complex profile is carried out. On the basis of the finite element simulation, the ideas about the power regime, the shape-shifting and the stress-strain state of the workpiece during extrusion according to the schemes of back and lateral extrusion and direct extrusion with the distribution of articles with a cavity were obtained. The energy of the upper estimation method determines the dependencies for determining the force parameters of extrusion of hollow parts and the deformation pressure of the counterpressure medium. The complex of experimental researches on measuring of friction forces directly in the process of plastic deformation is carried out. Techniques for designing technological processes and equipment for the manufacture of hollow parts such as sleeves and bushings and new methods of volumetric deformation, based on the use of established patterns of shaping, which allow to increase the degree of control over the flow of metal and expand the possibility of forming processes due to the details of forming due to the details of forming.
