Purpose: to study steady-state modes for multidimensional controlled stochastic systems; to develop effective algorithms for constructing approximate diffusion and Gaussian processes for queuing networks; to investigate the steady-state conditions for Markov multidimensional chains with continuous time as models of modern telecommunication networks and communication systems. Research methods: optimization of stochastic and deterministic systems; modern methods of discrete optimization; continuous-time analysis of multidimensional Markov chains. Obtained explicit vector-matrix formulas for the stationary probabilities of Markov circuits describing service processes in systems with repeated calls, finite number of primary requirements sources, and managed service intensity. Steady-state conditions for service process in [M / M / 1/1 + 1] model were obtained. The conditions for the existence of an optimal strategy for a semi-Markov multi-nomenclature system are found. For a semi-Markov multi-nomenclature inventory management model that takes into account product ordering costs, storage costs and costs, the optimal strategy conditions are found, as well as the optimal strategy structure under optimality conditions. The regular and singular components of the functional decomposition from a semi-Markovian random evolution are found, and the regularity of boundary conditions is shown. In addition, using the boundary conditions for the singular part of the decomposition, an algorithm for finding the initial conditions at t = 0 is explicitly proposed. A model is constructed that approximates the process with a given accuracy and reliability in the space of continuous functions, taking into account the system response.
