The aim of the project is to support strategic decision-making aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of Ukrainian territories and regions in the event of significant data uncertainty and the negative impact of the economic, environmental and social threats and risks. The scientific significance of the project lies in the development of a set of new models and methods for describing large socio-economic systems, algorithms and procedures for processing and systematically reconciling large data sets of different nature to calculate sets of master indices and indicators of sustainable development of these systems, methods of scenario planning for prediction of their behavior on different time horizons, systematic analysis of the impact of the main threats acting on these systems. The practical result is the creation of an online platform for the implementation of many problem-oriented interactive applications for analyzing, modeling and visualizing scenarios of sustainable development of Ukrainian regions in the context of minimizing environmental, social and economic threats, in order to increase the level of national security of Ukraine.
