The purpose and objectives of the study. The purpose of this work is to investigate the process of planning and managing Internet marketing using target marketing platforms. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: 1. Consider existing target marketing platforms as tools for promoting Internet marketing. 2. To substantiate the need for creation and existence of platforms for automation of the processes of launching targeting, review of existing decisions. 3. Define the principles of work of the most famous platforms for targeting automation ("Cerebro Target", Repper.ninja, Tooligram, Publer, Advancets, Starcomment, Simplebooklet, Hiconversion, AdLabs Target, Ad Ninja, Aori, Atuko, Marilyn, Oneretarget, Plarin, Sociate. Targeting, Iskander, OnlyTolk) 4. Consider usage features and analyze algorithms in existing platforms. 5. Consider and evaluate the cost of running on existing platforms, the order of connection. 6. Describe the massive generation of creatives and targeting targeting settings, save custom templates, deferred moderation, bid management, advanced statistics, and support for retargeting databases.  Object of the study - this work is a platform for managing target marketing within the framework of marketing communications policy, in terms of its manifestations and significance.
