The purpose of the research is analytical and simulation models of transport flows on the main city highways of the center of Kharkiv, implementation of the model of allocation of impurity in the model of transport flows, study of simplified models of turbulent impurity transfer. The research method is analytical, experimental. The solution of the problem of determining the regularities of transport load on the central part of the metropolis, the allocation of impurity and its turbulent transfer, must take into account the random nature of traffic flows and their main characteristics - the speed of movement of vehicles in the flow. To account for this fact, the velocity of motion is described by a gamma distribution, which allows to describe situations with different levels of restrictions on the movement of traffic flows in the central part of metropolitan areas. The numerical model of building of the central part of the city of Kharkov in the surface layer of the atmosphere, taking into account the variable terrain of the adjacent terrain for the account of the transfer of impurities in the conditions of a lateral wind plot and plantations of different density and takes into account the effect of "thermal island".
