It is shown that the magnetoelastic interaction and the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction lead to the formation of non-reciprocal hybridized surface acoustic waves with magnetoelastic gaps in the spectrum that are at different frequencies for opposite directions of waves propagation. The method is proposed to realize the non-reciprocal propagation of surface acoustic waves in a giant frequency band by the interaction of surface acoustic waves with spin waves in a synthetic antiferromagnet. The method of realization of phase non-reciprocity of surface acoustic waves by means of magnetoelastic interaction with non-reciprocal spin waves at the periphery of magnetoelastic gaps is proposed. The generalized boundary conditions at the interface between the ferro- and antiferromagnet are derived, taking into account the energies of homogeneous and inhomogeneous exchange. The analytical model for calculation of the ferromagnetic resonance frequency in a perpendicularly magnetized thin film with an antidote is developed.
