According to the second stage results: the expediency of agglomeration the products and determining their types have been substantiated; the brown coal enrichment technology for obtaining a fuel with high energy properties has been developed which is confirmed by appropriate regulations; quality characteristics of the solid fuel after its modification in the thermal vacuum installation and its enrichment have been set. According to the third stage results: the limit overburden coefficient of the brown coal deposits has been calculated using the method of financial and mathematical averaged costs and the enrichment technology has been developed; the test batch of high-calorie solid fuel with high energy properties has been produced, which is confirmed by an appropriate Act.
