Research methods - analysis of large energy systems. It is established that Ukraine's obligations under the Association Agreement with the EU and the Treaty on the Accession to the Energy Community regarding the approximation of national environmental legislation to EU norms and standards, with internal restrictions, has the most significant impact on the activity of facilities and systems of the energy complex. - the requirements of the "National Emission Reduction Plan for Large Combustion Plants". A comparative analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the use of consumers-regulators in the systems of automatic control of frequency and power in the integrated power systems is performed. Mathematical and software information for forecasting the functioning and development of electricity, gas and district heating systems is improved, taking into account restrictions on pollutant emissions in accordance with the National Plan and EU environmental directives, as well as mathematical and information software for forecasting the functioning and development of the Ukrainian coal industry to meet environmental requirements and constraints. The model of three-phase polydisperse flow is improved and a program for calculating the modes of operation of scrubbers has been developed, which allows by choosing the optimal mode of its operation to reduce particulate matter emissions.
