The subject of study: functional state of the urinary, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular systems; biochemical indicators of serum and urine; indicators of prooxidant and antioxidant defense system, results of ultrasound and doppler measurements. Methods: clinical, epidemiological, questionnaire, biochemical, immunochemical, photometric, instrumental, statistical and analytical. The system of diagnostic and therapeutic measures aimed at early detection of urinary, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular systems dysfunction in newborns with perinatal pathology was developed taking into account the severity of the disorders. An additional diagnostic list was proposed, which should be carried out in the early neonatal period, in particular, the identification of specific markers of disorders of these organ systems, conducting ultrasound and Doppler measurements aimed at the prediction, early detection of pathology and the appointment of timely treatment. Implementation of a proposed complex of diagnostics and treatment of patients of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the presence of combined organ dysfunction in perinatal pathology, along with other areas of improvement in neonatal management in recent years, contributed to the reduction of perinatal mortality by 2.5 ‰, early neonatal mortality by 4 ‰ in the basic maternity hospital.
