Purpose of the project: • the formation of products of different configurations from nanopowder high-melting compounds for the manufacture of high-quality nanoceramic and nanocomposite products of different functional purpose with low specific weight (less than 2 g/cm3) using the technique of electroconsolidation; • determination of a complex of functional characteristics (electrical and thermal conductivity, CLTE, structure) of the HTS of the Y-Ba-Cu-O system with impurities Hf, Zr, Ti, Al and Be, as well as the materials used for their manufacture. The research methods are experimental with the use of modern equipment such as monochromators, X-ray diffractometer with computer processing of the obtained results. New methods of production the materials with specified properties were developed and investigated. Changes in the properties of optical materials under extreme conditions were indicated. Investigation of the thermophysical properties of the obtained composites in a wide temperature range allowed us to demonstrate the nature of the change in the thermal conductivity of the composites λ (T) as the sintering temperature changes. Increasing the sintering temperature from 1400 to 1700 °C leads to a decrease in the defects in the Al2O3-SiC composition, an improvement in particle consolidation and an increase in the thermal conductivity to 25 W/(m•K), which is a high indicator for polycrystalline ceramic materials. New materials obtained during execution of the work can be applied in the metalworking and mining industries, optical materials in the development and construction of thermonuclear and laser devices. In addition, the physical results were used in the defense of the doctoral dissertation and in carrying out laboratory work and lecturing at the physical faculty and at the School of Physics and Technology.
