The purpose of the work is to increase energy and resource efficiency and to expand the possibilities of technologies for manufacturing blanks with blind and through hole type sleeves and rings of high quality due to the use of new deformation schemes with combined kinematic impact on the workpiece during extrusion. Research methods - morphological map method, finite element meth-od, upper estimation method, power balance method, dividing grid method. Theoretical and practical results - systematization and development of new methods of plastic deformation with combined kin-ematic influence of the tool on the workpiece; new kinematic trapezoidal modules are proposed; the comparative analysis of the dependences of the reduced pressure of the semi-finished product, ob-tained using different functions describing the curvilinear boundary of the trapezoidal module; the al-gorithm of calculation of power-power parameters and the prediction of the shape change of a semi-finished product in the processes of combined extrusion of hollow parts based on the proposed kine-matic modules is developed. Novelty - a complex of mathematical models of the processes of exact stamping of blanks is developed and dependencies of the power regime and technological and structur-al features of the molding process are distinguished, which differ taking into account the forces of opening of detachable matrices, stress-strain state of the workpiece; new kinematic trapezoidal mod-ules are proposed to simulate the force regime in the processes of volumetric deformation and to de-scribe the deformation centers of different configurations; based on the method of morphological maps, the area of search for rational deformation schemes for hollow parts of the pipe type obtained by forging methods has been expanded.
