The subject of the research is scientific approaches, methods and system-adaptive applied tools for managing the process of quality assurance and competitiveness of enterprise products. Methods of research: using the methods of theoretical generalization, grouping and comparison, the differences existing in the regulatory documents are investigated and established. The methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction and causation and abstract logic were used to investigate the classification of intangible assets and to improve them. Methods of logical analysis, analogy, dialectical and abstract-logical and modeling have made it possible to determine the sequence of stages of organization and methods of accounting for this type of assets. Induction methods were used in the collection, systematization and processing of information and formed the basis for the study of the practice of accounting for intangible assets. The research paper presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem of improving the organization and methodology of accounting for the use of NMA in the process of economic activities of LLC "Productservice" for the future. This was embodied in the distinguished and analysis of the criteria for recognition and valuation of intangible assets because of the peculiarity of these assets their constant complication, change and the emergence of their new species.
