This allows determining the potential and ways of effective usage of hydrogeothermal resources. Ranges of changes of thermodynamic state parameters of a rock massif, which contains a hydrothermal deposit during its formation and operation, are established. Modern laboratory equipment and models are used for the establishing, and also determination of filtration and capacity indicators of rocks. Technological schemes of development of a geothermal resource of geological and hydrogeological structures are developed, which provide support for a given temperature mode of heat carriers. Influence of lithological composition, technogenesis, water saturation and permeability of reservoirs on a mechanism of functioning of geothermal systems during movement of heat carriers is determined. Methods of mathematical and physical modelling are used for the determination. Features of a thermal field formed around a geothermal deposit and a quantitative estimation of influence of the main hydrogeological, thermodynamic and technogenic factors on the field are investigated. Influence of movement of heat carriers in geothermal systems on change of heat carrier temperature and hydrochemical processes in a rock massif is analyzed. Possible losses of thermal energy are evaluated. Technological measures for minimization of losses during operation of geothermal systems are justified. Geotechnological schemes for usage of resource and capacity potential of geothermal energy are developed for the potential formed in zones with increased values of heat flow in the Earth’s crust due to technogenic factors.
